Many of you may remember Adeline Limehouse. Although she hasnt been to a reunion in some time due to her age and health. She and her son Eddie have been living here in Savannah. She passed away Saturday at home in her sleep. She was months shy of her 100th birthday. Adeline kept up with her family until she died. She was responsible for putting a lot of what we know about the Canady heritage together. Most of the genealogy on the website is her hard work. Her funeral is tomorrow in Savannah. I have attached her obituary from the Savannah Morning News.
Thank you Aunt Adeline. You will be missed...

Canadys,
Happy New Year and belated Merry Christmas. The first of the year means its time to begin planning for summer vacation. Can you believe its been six months since the reunion? My youngest son, Jack, just turned 7 and I realized that time flies faster than a greased eagle.
Apologies for the bad analogy. Anyway, this will be a short email.
The reunion is set for June 14 at our wonderful new spot on Saint Simons
Island, Georgia.
Please send any family updates to Louise Lynch for the website (www.CanadyFamily.com)
and the newsletter.
Start making plans, think about what youd like to do and how you
can volunteer.
Ive attached a couple of pictures from last year to tease those
of you havent been in a while. They are from the ropes challenge
course that weve adopted the last two years. Very fun...

Sincerely,
Chip Lane
